Paul Caley became the next generation at Caley Orthodontic Lab behind his father, Tony Caley. Paul graduated from George Brown College in 1983, and finished his education to become a Registered Dental Technician (R.D.T.) in 1985. He is married to his wife Jane residing in Waterloo, Ontario with their two children, Sarah and Nicholas. Paul loves to spend time with his family, playing outdoor sports, biking and skiing.

Paul Williams was born and raised in Fort Erie, Ontario prior to attending the University of Waterloo. After earning his Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree, he was engaged and married to Gillian Ann Caley. Paul joined Caley Orthodontic Lab in 1975. Dental technology with Tony Caley entailed a family life with Gillian and their four children, Arthur Sy, Matthew Ryan, Adam Russell, and Kathryn Caley. Hobbies include family, golf, photography ad the Canadian Legion snooker league.

Sy Williams is one of four partners at Caley Orthodontic Lab. He is the third generation to follow in his grandfather, Tony Caley and father, Paul William’s footsteps as a Registered Dental Technologist (R.D.T.). Sy has been involved at Caley’s from a young age starting with deliveries and slowly learning the business. Eventually, he went onto school at George Brown College to study the profession. Sy enjoys, in his free time, spending time with his family, exercising and being an avid golfer.

As a technical person, Adam Williams has always enjoyed hands on challenges, and thus the family business seemed to be a natural fit for him. Therefore, he completed three years at George Brown College, became a Registered Dental Technician (R.D.T.) and joined Caley Orthodontic Lab in 2005. Being a part of a family business can be both challenging and rewarding. His grandfather, father and uncle have shared the skills and resources that have made Caley’s a success since 1969. He continues to apply this knowledge to ensure the Doctors have the best lav service available to them.

On a personal level, Adam has been married for three years to his beautiful wife Renee. They have a Lab named Reese and have recently been joined by a beautiful baby boy named Jaxon. When not hard at work, Adam enjoys snowboarding, hockey, golf and off-roading; allowing me to fully take advantage of our Canadian seasons.

Thomas Erie joined the Caley management team at the beginning of 2006 following a big and yet enjoying transition between his hometown in Meadville, Pennsylvania, United States to his current home in Cambridge, Ontario. He graduated from Kent State University in Ohio with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Tom is currently in the midst of completing his Master’s program while living his busy family lifestyle with his beautiful wife Katie and their newest addition to the family. He enjoys spending family time with his son Taylor, playing basketball and volleyball, friends, boating, music, movies and trying to stay young.
